Three days until I leave for Nimbus. Anxiety level is at an all-time high. First time on a plane, traveling to a place I've not been to since I was ten, hoping I have all the online registrations and paperwork together. Excitement is now warring with the anxiety, and have cemented plans to visit a friend who lives in Daytona after Nimbus is over. I'm missing her even more now that I know we're going to see each other in a week.

I hope I don't get airsick.

Have been tanning for the past week so I don't lobsterize after five minutes in Orlando. Am now freckly and brown on my face, arms, and legs, and red everywhere else. Ow. Still bitter about sister getting all Native American genes. *grumbles while slathering on SPF 15 lotion and sunburn spray*

In other news, I am 37% gay! How gay are you?

Hugs PBG in sisterhood on the freckles and no-tanning gene.

I used to have three colours in the summer - white, burnt or peeling.

Now it just seems that all my freckles melt together to form something resembling a tan.

Good luck at Nimbus and don't worry about the plane hon. If you aren't driving either way, take a gravol. Will keep the stomach settled and if you are anything like me will make you nicely sleepy.

Heh, you can push drugs on me all you want! Unfortunately, I'm driving on both sides of the trip, so no narcotics for me. Hope Dramamine works!
