I made a cake for a going-away party at work.  Am I crazy, or was it possible to frost an 8" layer cake with one container of frosting in the past?  Giant Eagle is open 24/7, thank goodness.

I am sure I never used more than one container of frosting before...they must have thought the funfetti would make up for the shortfall:



So I'm taking the rest of the icing to work, in case I need to do any touch-up work.  Not like anyone would notice...  :)

In other cooking news, on Tuesday I made slytherincess' Chicken Spaghetti, which was excellent.  Even Honeybunch liked it, and he hates any chicken that isn't smothered in hot sauce or deep-fried (preferably both)!  Yay!

In other, completely unrelated news, would anyone be available on next Tuesday for a down and dirty beta for my smutty_claus fic?  I can't believe I'm actually done before the due date, and it'll be ready for beta once I get the spag kinks out (the other kinks, they stay).
