I actually thought Andy had forgotten my birthday today.  Ah, so begins the marital strife.  :D

He was getting me back for not saying Happy Birthday to him on his birthday (but at least I called him once I'd woken up!).  What a weenie.  :P

But he got me slippers of The DOG, which are just the cutest. 

They freak Bernie and Omar out, so this is mission-accomplished gift-giving, as far as I'm concerned.

I shall be lunching with my sister on Sunday, and seeing Bridget Jones:  The Edge of Reason.

Next year, can I have Colin Firth and Hugh Grant?  Either, or both, it doesn't matter, really.  :-9
