I had a unique experience tonight...eating freshly-made sweethearts. They're supposed to be rock-hard and powdery, not strong-tasting, yeah? Well, the ones I bought over the weekend are almost chewy, and they taste like those sour wax bottle thingies...very odd. I guess they need to age for a couple years to mellow the flavor.

Do any of you find yourself disappointed when you pop a bag of popcorn and there are no unpopped kernels? I confess, I do. :(
