Mar. 13th, 2003 09:37 pmI come home today and the ceiling is very slightly bowed. Time to PANIC!
Have dismantled the frame, pulled up the carpet and padding (both of which are very wet) and look at the subflooring. It's wet.
*pitiful wibbling*
It's a good thing it's confined to a 5x5 foot area, so we just have to buy plywood and padding for that. I can repair drywall. So maybe $60 in all. We're trying to get things dried out with three fans.
Will sign note for renter's insurance on Saturday.
On a brighter note *cough* we're camping out on the futon in the basement. He's 6'4"; I'm 5'10" - there's a lot of cuddling going on!
*more wibbling*
