I have them all the time. They're usually the most realistc dreams I have. Even if the circumstances are bizarre, it feels real, and I have to run my tongue over my teeth when I wake up to make sure they're all still there.

Someone told me it means you're grinding your teeth in your sleep if you have those dreams. Possible. Though it may also be triggered in me because I do have (and always have had) one slightly loose tooth, and used to fear it falling out sometimes.
