Oh crap, is that this week? Looks like we're going to miss another year. :(

I don't know if they'll have the refrigerated tent this year, but if you could take a picture of anything butter- or dairy-related, especially sculptures, that would be awesome. It is inexplicably my favorite dorky fair exhibit ever.
