Update to last entry: Said manager CALLED me, at WORK, to inquire about whether I got his email, and if I could send my resume ASAP. They will be setting up interviews beginning next week.

I am taking this as a good sign.

I really, REALLY hope I like the Team Leader II and that my current boss doesn't suspect anything. <.<

It's done. I was smart to email him and tell him I was interested, since it seems that he isn't going through HR to get all of his candidate pool together (I sent in my app/resume/cover letter to HR, and he never got it).

He has always liked me, so I have that going for me. Let's hope I can impress the Team Leader II!
