Good night and Good Luck was frickin' AWESOME. I almost made out with the screen.
Jarhead is good if you remember to pump yourself full of testosterone first. It's basically a slice of life thing with a few high points but no real plot.
Pride and Prejudice was better than I expected but the last couple minutes made me throw up in my mouth a little. IS JANE AUSTIN'S ORIGINAL TEXT NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU?! XO
Have not seen the others. Although I saw Sarah Silverman's latest (Jesus is Magic) which was good if you're into shock value humor.
I've heard from a few people that Pride and Prejudice was a HORRIBLE adaptation, but I see a lot of people think you should see that one, and I didn't see it myself. So really, its up to you ;)
Jarhead was interesting portrayal of stream of consciousness on film.
Pride and Prejudice has two of my favorite Brit Boys ever in it (Matthew Macfadyen, who I have been screaming to play Darcy since the first time I saw him act and Tom Hollander, who is the most underrated Brit actor on the planet, doing Mr. Collins). I won't be the '95 mini-series, but what I've seen looks like they've done a good job.
Syriana = OMG must see if just for the fact that I know pretty people are going to get beat up and murderated. It has enough covert in it to make me very happy I am sure of it.
Good Night and Good Luck is at the top of my list, just very hard for me to find in podunk. I almost took Matty to Nashville to see it last weekend, but I was afraid between the drive and the exhaustion I was already feeling I would sleep through the movie. It does excite me as a movie though.
Walk the Line also gains more desire for me to see the more I see stuff about it, but I would rather see any of the above three (as I've seen Jarhead) before it.

good night and good luck - great story. drags a little in the middle, though.
a history of violence - not the movie you want to take your mom to for her birthday.
