The past weekend was one of the best of the year, so far. Worked a flower sale, helped landscape, and took a nice long nap on Saturday. Endured Mothers Day as best I could - I hate commerical holidays. My sister and I did go down and replace the flowers on the graves (mom, grandparents, and nephew). Had Indian for lunch (yum!) and dinner at Spaghetti Warehouse (sure people were wondering where mom was, since it was just us and Mal isn't showing yet). Weird.
Oh! And my dad finally got a new job! He's working at a machine shop in Columbus with regular hours. This certainly beats working the night shift at Tim Horton's; no matter what he said about liking the work, third shift is not worth $6/hour. Very good news, indeed.
Add this and the GoF trailer, plus PP chat, and well...I'm feeling good.
Now, if I can only lure my muse back for a stretch, things would be perfect.
