Like I said in [livejournal.com profile] harryhermione: I'll believe it when I see it. It seems it's always some obscure foreign article that gets the first "scoop" on seemingly big things like this, and people get worked up about it, and it winds up not panning out.

And besides which, the alternative is... uck. If it were true, then - *headdesk*.

I doubt it's true. I'm pretty sure I've read that quote before and Dan was talking about in reference to the scene in OOTP. I think the newspapers just got the film order mixed up.

Yikes!!!!

It's definitely one of my favorite lines from POA15M. I still cackle out loud when I read it! :)

Actually, it doesn't say it takes place in GoF, does it? Has Radcliffe said he won't be back for OotP? (I hope he isn't. He's long outgrown Harry for my taste.) He could be talking about the kiss in OotP.

*sigh*

Probably not. We are talking about Michael Newwhatsit's at the helm. He's best known for romantic comedies and dramas, is he not? And directing *shudder* Julia "I have no lines above my upper lip" Roberts.

DeGrassi High here we come. And the fangrrlz and boyz all squealed with delight. Perhaps Harry and Draco will share a meaningful look before Moody turns him into a Ferret.

Ah, yes, let us pick a director based on his nationality. That will do the trick. /sarcasm.

How about Trey Parker and Matt Stone to do Half-Blood Prince? They made loads of money with their movie last summer. It makes just as much sense to select them as picking a director for his nationality. They could do the whole thing with puppets. Why not? A puppet would have the same acting range of Radcliffe.

When will Warner Brothers look to someone who understands fantasy? Oi.

Can you tell I can't stand this particular director? I almost cried when he was announced. I knew it would turn out like this.

Okay, I'm finished wanking now. Is this a public post? God, I hope not. (`),(`)

That would be AS Radcliffe and this would be a Public Post. Ah, well. I stand by my post. I'm in a bad mood and there are worse things to take it out on than the HP fandom.

Feh.

Yikes!!!!

I don't make many friends-only posts, especially when it's about something as st00pid as this. I only hope that this is all wankery and gossip.

It's not going to ruin the books for me, but I will certainly be hard-pressed not to strangle the fanon fangirls. The leather-pants Draco crowd is quite enough, thanks.

Yeah, Cho is neither here nor there with me...she's totally out of the picture, canon-wise.
