That doesn't make ANY sense. Having lived in the Yellowstone regioin (well Jackson Hole really) I can tell you the park rangers do see a lot of people leaving their food and trash around. That does get frustrating because there are notices everywhere to clean up after yourself and to NOT leave food around (hello, it's bear country!) but this?!?!?!?!?!?
I used to get really frustrated when I'd see people trash the park because it's an amazing place and people should respect it.
But this?~?!?!?!?!
To follow her on a cruise?!??! If they saw her leave her food out why didn't they say something to her at the time?!?!?
And talk about going overboard. I could see a warning issues but this?!?!?!?!
I realize I keep saying "but this?!?!?!?!' over and over but that's because my mind is truly boggled.
