My favorite cookie sheets are Nordic Ware. I get them from the Outlet Store in MN as the ones I like are made exclusively for Wal-Mart.
I've actually managed to get a duplicate of my mother's "brownie" pan. It is an old Duncan Heinz 3qt sauce pan. It is also a great pasta pot. The previous owners of my brother's house had left the pans in the basement. And then I snagged them from my brother.
