Oh, it can get really freaky. T'other day, I had some guy calling about a medication not covered by us. It isn't part of Medicare's formulary, so we can't cover it. And bitch bitch whine whine whaaaaambulance time. This med he needed is for his pain (Valium?), because he just had major back surgery.
And THEN, he started in about a request we denied to cover another medication, because "the blue pill" causes him to have vision trouble.
He. just. had. BACK. SURGERY! WTF's he needing that for?
