What library do you work for? I used to work for CML, and I loved it. It was the best job ever, and I regret every day having left it. Do you have volunteers to help take up the slack? I know it doesn't solve the problem of the shelver, but at least one end of the problem is being taken care of. Currently, I'm working 6 days a week, but once the new years falls, if you need a volunteer, lets talk. ok?
