Mm, reruns of the Olympics and Matt Damon on Letterman. :9

I've been rereading The Bourne Identity. I think I was 8 when I first read it and I didn't want to spoil the movie by rereading. I'm glad I did. Matt Damon is not the Jason Bourne of Ludlum's novel - he's a little too pretty, the moves a little too clean, too automatic. I like the psychological struggle in the book. That was what intrigued me when I first read it - not that I understood all of it at the time, but wow, to be able to wake up and not know who you are and know all kinds of cool stuff and land smack in the middle of an adventure - and that storyline still grabs me.

The movies are still good, in that "shares a title with" way, Matt is sooo pretty and well, let's say my first foray into slash could be some movie-canon Jason/Kirill backstory. *drifts off*

Also, going back to work sucks. Bah, I want to be independently wealthy. :-(

*pets the pretties* Yeah...Matt Damon is right up there with David Boreanaz and Lenny Kravitz. All droolworthy.

Oh yeah, and you know, when two gorgeous men stare each other down, you can read *tons* of UST into that. :D

oh yes!! Especially Harry/Ron in GoF when they are fighting. Wow...some serious teen angst there...wow. I might bust something when I see that on screen.

So long as they don't have Rupert making some sort of stupid facial tic during the scene (they just LOVE to ruin my Harry/Ron fantasies that way)! :B

I've read that darned scene about a dozen times over - I think it's the most anticipated scene in the GoF movie. They'd better not screw it up! >:O
