I'm not an atheist, per se. I think there's *something* out there but I don't know what. I guess agnostic. anyway, I told my best friend from high school this a year or so ago. She's heavily into Christianity and somehow, stupidly, I thought that Christianity encouraged loving people for who they are.

Wrong.

So for this, and many other reasons, I want nothing to do with religion. Because somehow she got scared of me, I guess and so hey. Her loss. Too bad her faith's so shaky, you know?

Same here; I consider myself an agnostic and I don't talk about it among my family, whether it's my very conservative Baptist parents who are too busy with weekend projects to go to church or my liberal but very faithful Presbyterian husband.
