I don't think Edwards wants to deliberate. I do think he'd like to have a major policy role. So maybe we'll get lucky and he'll be asked to be VP with a wide-ranging portfolio, sort of like Al Gore was. So you'd have John Edwards, Vice President of Doing Good, as opposed to Dick Cheney, currently vice president of doing evil.
