Interview over. I think I did okay, not spectacular. I'm even more excited about the position than ever before. Complete revamp of entire sorting/shelving system *drools* but I am not sure they are looking for someone as forceful and opinionated as I am.

96 people applied for this position alone...and I made the first cut. So, it's wait and see.

It's pretty much the same kind of thing I started out doing here - they are revamping their sorting/shelving and streamlining workflow and procedures to deal with the increased workload and backlog of materials at the downtown library. It's kind of lateral, but it's also the challenge of rebuilding and revitalizing an old system.

I'm trying not to get too excited so I won't be crushed if I don't get it. But it's hard. :)
