I've been on a movie-watching kick lately. Well, I've been on an insomnia run lately, and movies help pass the time.

Am I watching the zillion-and-one movies on my entertainment center? No. I'm watching White Palace.

This movie has it all - drunk driving, smoking in bed, Jewish stereotypes, White Castle, and James freaking Spader.

Growing up, my mother was so worried about all those negative influences and bad role models - MTV, Madonna, George Michael. She should have been worried about James Spader. He was the first celebrity that piqued my, uh, interest. :>

The first song that gave me a funny feeling? So Alive by Love and Rockets. *nods*

Seriously, I think the first person to give me a funny feeling was a guy in school, not a celebrity. And the song stands. :)

I think I misspelled Quest's first name. I think it is spelled without the "h". Jonnie - Or something. I'm too lazy to look it up.
